I do hereby grant King's Kids Learning Center, and parties designated by King's Kids Learning Center, including clients, partners, licensees, and other designees, the irrevocable right to use video and still images of my child for reduction in any medium including, but not limited to print ad electronic for purposes of display, advertising, exhibit, and/or any and all editorial/promotional use.
I hereby waive any and all rights that I/we may have to inspect and approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with any video and/or still image(s) that a photographer has taken of my child or the use to which it may be applied.
I further release King's Kids Learning Center from any claims for renumeration, including any form or damage foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the proper commercial or artistic use other the(se) image(s).
